Penn on Evangelism

This video is not a joke. In fact, it’s a serious as the fires of hell.

Penn, of the Penn & Teller magic act, is famous for being an atheist and for criticizing religion — and being quite outspoken on the subject. But here he describes his reaction to receiving a Bible from a man he barely knew. It’s a great lesson for Christians, and one we shouldn’t have to learn from an atheist.

Thanks to Edward Fudge for sending this one out.

Consider this the best seminar on Soul reaching ever produced. And pray for this man, a seed was planted. Someday he may just open that bible. Now what ever happened to button- holing a guy and saying, "Sinner, can you smell the fires of Hell?" Or giving a chic trac.

Thanks for sharing that, Jay. It was one of the best things I have seen in a long time.

There are a handful of true Christians out there. I'm just glad he chose Jesus instead of Allah or Zeus. I would hate to see such a good person burn in Hell forever.
It is refreshing to see Penn 'admitting' that religion can work.
