ACU Church Relations Services

ACUAbilene Christian has expanded its online church relations services. Click on the link for their invaluable minister/missionary salary survey, ministers support network, health insurance program for churches, among many other services provided to the Churches.

So far as I can tell, of our affiliated universities, ACU has the most active program of services to the Churches of Christ — and my church has used several of them over the years. Highly recommended.

I don't know where to look, But I work for Papa Johns in Abilene. Never thought of myself to be very religious but the other day when I made a delivery to your school. Some person followed me outside and talked to me about God & Jesus. I didn't mind. I usualy allow people to express themselves wether I agree with it or not. To stand there for a few minuets and listen to them dosen't hurt. But this was different, I felt so much better the rest of the night and now a few days later im still thinking about it. He prayed for me and it was honestly the coolest thing anyones done for me in a long time. So whoever you're I just wanted to say thanks. You may never read this and thats ok.

    Tom,

I've passed your note along to a friend at ACU's Bible department. Hopefully he can find the young man who prayed for you and pass along your thanks.

Thanks for sharing your experience with me. It's encouraging to know that someone at ACU loves you enough to share God's love with you. Please post any questions you have here or email me. I'd be delighted to talk with you.

Yeah I would appreciate it if I could talk to someone, or anyone who would listen to me and not judge me on the bad things i've done in my life. I've done alot of bad things and have made alot of mistakes in life but that dosen't take away fromt the person I really am. I've never come across a person that has every said im a bad person although at times I do things that aren't good. Sometimes we do things to look for attention because we need it because we aren't getting it anywhere else. If it takes doing something bad then so be it. Im not a bad person because I did something bad, im just a person who did something bad. My life is really headed the wrong way and I need someone or some-people ( is that a work)? 🙂 to help me out. I appreciate the possitive feedback, its always good to read people commenting good things about something you write. Take care
