Alvin and the Chipmunks: “The Christmas Song”

Takes me back …

(This so embarassing. But the Chipmunk video I originally posted had an offensive ending tacked on that I overlooked. A kind reader pointed it out to me. And that drove me to find the original, 1961 version, which I watched as a child. Lousy video. Great memories.)

Now its Xmas! I have sat TV and about 15 movie channels, none premium, and have seen almost no Scrooge listings.
Its really Christmas when you have seen Alastair Sims as scrooge. Does a great job of being mean, and reforming his life. Heavy gospel there, repent and change. Beware of want, and especially ignorance, by reading one in Jesus!

I'll post an off-the-wall Christmas song every day until (and including) Christmas. I even have a little something from A Christmas Carol planned. I'm having a Dickens of a time picking the tunes out.
