Tonight, Lord willing, I’ll post all the comments from Part 1 of this series since the website crashed on December 20, to facilitate the continuation of the discussion.

There have been over 100 comments on this post during the last week, despite the Christmas holiday, and I’d hate to see the discussion end.

If there are other threads the readers would like me to restore, please let me know. I’ll get them up as quickly as I can.
