New New Wineskins

Cover PhotoWith the encouragement of Keith Brenton, I’ve been working with Matt Dabbs (soon to be editor-in-chief) and Brad Palmore (webmaster) to re-vision the e-magazine New Wineskins.

We’re in the process of recruiting a handful of top-flight featured writers and thinking through how such an effort might best serve the Restoration Movement churches.

Brad has been posting questions for comment at a Facebook page for Wineskins (we’re going to drop the “New”), and I encourage you to stop by and join in the conversation to help us think this through.

I have never met him but Dale Pauls is one of the best writers and thinkers in Churches of Christ in my book. I read his bulletin articles for years and they were superb and definitely worthy of publication no matter the subject. I hope he will be considered.

You should also talk to Naomi Walters, minister-in-residence where Dale Pauls is minister, Stamford, CT. Dr. Rich Little of Mailbu would be great too. Dr. Thomas Robinson of Manhattan cofC NYC, would be good too. Dr. Lynn Mitchell of Heights cofC in Houston would be good.
