I occasionally receive requests from ministers or churches looking to be hired or to hire, and I’m glad to offer this site as one way for churches and ministers to get together.
I’ll list some sites that would be helpful for this purpose. And anyone is welcome to post a comment making an opening known or seeking a position.
Churches and ministers often need to advertise in anonymity. If you want to post under a pseudonym, you may do so. My suggestion would be that a church or minister obtain a new Gmail or Hotmail email address and post it, allowing parties to communicate offline when anonymity is important.
Finally, when a job is filled or you’ve accepted a job, please let me know so I can take your post down.

The Westridge Church of Christ is located in beautiful Nassau, Bahamas. Nassau (New Providence really) is an island that is 21 miles long by 7 miles wide with a population of 260,000.
The Bahamas is 50 miles southeast of Florida, or a short 45 minute flight from Miami or Ft Lauderdale to Nassau’s Lynden Pindling International Airport. Our planned facilities will be located 4 miles east of the airport.
Westridge Church of Christ is a progressive congregation, not bound by church traditions that find no support in Scriptures, but we are fully committed to discipleship of Jesus—knowing, and following ALL of God’s will in accordance with His Holy Word.
Our planned facilities will be situated in a racially diverse, newly developed, fast growing area. Based on the demographics of Nassau, Westridge, and the surrounding area, we anticipate and have committed to ensuring the congregation grows to several hundred members within the next five years.
We are seeking a full-time Pulpit Minister with the training, experience and vision to help lead us toward making and maturing many disciples. The successful candidate will be a godly family man with SOUND Bible training, proven communication skills and leadership ability. Candidates must be spiritually mature, able to communicate a clear vision for the spiritual and numerical growth of the Westridge congregation, and must be willing to serve in multiple roles as the congregation and staff grows.
The ideal candidate will have: a Bachelors Degree in Biblical Studies, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and can demonstrate administrative & computer proficiency. He will be God-motivated, have the ability to lead and inspire others, demonstrates a professional demeanor, thrives in a team environment supported by open, frank communication, and can function in position where expectations have been broadly defined.
He must have:
A love for God and a desire to be used by Him
A love for God’s people and a desire to see them grow in their faith
The ability to work well with people of all ages
Ability to communicate effectively
A sense of humor
He must be:
Strong enough to give instructions; open to correction and humble enough to listen and take direction.
Actively seeking God’s direction in ministry
Respectful of various cultures and ethnicities
A creative, progressive thinker
Energetic
Open and honest about his life.
Good singing would be an asset
