This is not surprising. Lots of experts in church growth have published findings regarding the importance of having a clear vision and purpose, and so it’s not surprising that well-overseen churches are taking this more and more seriously.

My name is Jay Guin, and I’m a retired elder. I wrote The Holy Spirit and Revolutionary Grace about 18 years ago.
