My name is Jay Guin, and I’m a retired elder. I wrote The Holy Spirit and Revolutionary Grace about 18 years ago. I’ve spoken at the Pepperdine, Lipscomb, ACU, Harding, and Tulsa lectureships and at ElderLink. My wife’s name is Denise, and I have four sons, Chris, Jonathan, Tyler, and Philip. I have two grandchildren. And I practice law.

    Happy Birthday.

    By the way, I've always wanted to take a picture of a particular highway sign and get it framed for you. As you are going west on Hwy 78, somewhere within ~70 miles of the stateline, there is an exit sign for the towns Guin and Brilliant. The sign reads "Brilliant Guin".

    Anyway, consider the mention of it a b'day gift, as I don't believe I'll ever get around to taking the picture.
