In Search for My Missing Comments

Well, my webhosting service has confirmed that the backup from the day before they began to repair my comment system is hopelessly corrupted. All comments from about November of last year until a few days ago are lost.

So here’s the plan —

1. I have most of the comments stored in Outlook as emails. It’s a whole lot of trouble to put them back on the system …

2. But I figure the comments on the recent series on homosexuality should be preserved. After all, those posts were more of a conversation than a series.

3. However, for some odd reason, WordPress doesn’t send me emails of my own comments.

And so I’m hoping one of my readers has a copy of my comments from the last few weeks — just the series on homosexuality — and can send them to me. Please?

Once I get them, I’ll put the comments back up for each post of the series.

(And I’d really like to find a copy of my comments, especially since I was thinking of turning a couple of them into future posts.)

I think there might be a reason that this stuff is missing.

Laymond, I’m curious. Why do you think that?
