My name is Jay Guin, and I’m a retired elder. I wrote The Holy Spirit and Revolutionary Grace about 18 years ago. I’ve spoken at the Pepperdine, Lipscomb, ACU, Harding, and Tulsa lectureships and at ElderLink. My wife’s name is Denise, and I have four sons, Chris, Jonathan, Tyler, and Philip.     the pdf download seems to be missing the first 10 pages. It begins with page number 11 on the bottom , but the pdf shows page 1 of 10. The first received page starts as follows:
    d) It’s the law.
    e) The church and minister cannot elect for the minister to be an
    employee for Self-Employment Contributions Act (SECA)
    purposes. SECA is the self-employment equivalent of FICA.
    3. Who is a “minister”?
    a) Same principles apply.
    Could you please advise how to get this download from the beginning?
