A Little Help?!

Okay, I’ve come to this self-realization. I need help.

You see, I just don’t have the patience to maintain this website like I should. I mean, I just updated my indexing system going back to November. I’ve been meaning to get to it ever since, well, November. But 70 or so posts later things had gotten pretty far behind, and I just hate doing it.

And WordPress has come up with this really easy and cool system to help me properly tag my posts. I know if I bothered to tag them like I should I’d have a lot more readers. I might even pass Al Maxey (Well, I can dream, can’t I?). But I just can’t make myself do it.

The problem is entirely me. I just have more stuff to write than I have time to type. So given the choice between keeping things organized and typing new material, well, I write new material.

So it occurred to me that maybe somebody out there would actually enjoy helping me with the maintenance. God gives us different talents, so maybe God has gifted someone out there to help. It could happen.

And it would be a huge help. It would be. Really.

A proper set of tags would make it much easier for people to find the site by topic. And keeping the index up is essential.

You see, I get lots of folk who discover the site and browse through the old posts. I get comments on two-year old posts all the time. Which is great! I mean, that’s the whole idea.

So I realize I’ve hardly made the best pitch. But is there anyone who would be willing to spend a little time each week helping keep this thing in proper shape?
