A great cartoon. It could be the basis for setting up other captions: For example, “I don’t understand how a benevolent God can be so hard on casual sex.” The possibilities are endless!
I thought this might be a good small group lesson/discussion starter. The kids think God is cruel because they have to go to school. As adults, we know that they are privileged to get to go to school.
Do we sometimes get mad at God for things that, if we had his perspective, we’d consider a privilege?
